The Royal Wootton Bassett Community Cinema has announced its second season of films. Screenings will still be in the Royal Wootton Bassett Academy sixth form building but will be held on the first Tuesday of the month. Tickets are £5 each, or £3 for people still at school, and they can be bought from the Post Office in Royal Wootton Bassett, Marcia Collettes in Lyneham or on the door. A spokesman said: “We have popcorn, sweets and drinks at shop prices so no need to go to Swindon – you can come to Royal Wootton Bassett and have a good value night out. “It is also a nice, friendly atmosphere where people who want to come along on their own can do so.” Salmon Fishing in the Yemen will be shown on October 2, Tortoise in Love will be on November 6, Moonrise Kingdom on December 4, and All in Good Time on January 8.
