The Duke of Duchess of Cambridge will be attending the Badminton Horse Trials, near Malmesbury, for the first time.
The Duke and Duchess will be making an appearance on the final day of one of the biggest events in the equestrian calendar on Monday, May 7.
The royal couple will be watching the final jumping test section before presenting prizes to the competitors.
Among those competing will be the Prince’s cousin Zara Phillips as she attempts to earn a place at the London 2012 Olympic games next month.
Thousands of people are expected to attend the five-day horse trials from May 3 to May 7.
