Prospect Hospice opens its latest charity shop in Royal Wootton Bassett next month with incoming new mayor Coun Mike Leighfield on hand for one of his first mayoral duties to open the shop.
The new shop, which is on Potters Walk on the main High Street, marks the return of an outlet in the town three years after the previous shop closed.
“We could not be more thrilled than we are to be back in the town,” said Charly Rich, Prospect Hospice’s head of retail.
“Shoppers will be able to buy the excellent quality, once-loved items that are available in all our shops, and we hope that they will also want to make donations too.”
The new shop, Prospect Hospice’s 13th in the area, opens at 10am on Thursday, May 3.
