I have just read your article and feel I must correct a mistake.
The Clover Unit mentioned is actually part of SEQOL the social enterprise (previously Swindon PCT) and not part of the Great Western Foundation Trust.
Patients are never transferred from the Acute Assessment Unit to the Clover Unit as this is a primary care centre. This patient would have been placed in the discharge lounge, which is next door and not linked in any way to the Clover Unit.
