WILTSHIRE police are investigating how traffic on the A338 south of Burbage can be slowed down. This follows three accidents within yards of each other last Wednesday and Thursday.
An articulated lorry crashed on to its side as it travelled north towards the Burbage roundabout last Wednesday morning.
The following day there were two further accidents in the same area. At 10.30am a car carrying children ended up in a ditch at the roundabout. At 11.39am a car hit a tree a few yards from where the lorry came to grief last Wednesday. The male driver was released by fire crews and taken to Great Western Hospital in Swindon.
