Mr Lee, who complained last week about the price of a Comedy Show ticket in Devizes, need worry no more. The Devizes Carnival season is coming up soon with a programme of world class events and most of them are entirely free.
Picnic in the Park has an afternoon of amazing free music, the Street Festival on August 29 has a stunning programme of street artists and bands from the UK, Europe and the US and it will cost you absolutely nothing at all. If it’s just comedy you like then come to the Carnival comedy night at The Bell by the Green on August 25. For just £10 you will be able to enjoy a full programme headlined by none other than Mitch Benn and Wes Packer. It doesn’t get much better than this.
