Celebrations have marked the end of Devizes School’s first year in a new house system.
A whole of year of competition around the house system resulted in the presentation of several trophies.
Overall winners in the house points system, individual male and female students in Years 7, 8, 9 and 10, received a £15 book token from opticians Haine and Smith.
House shields were awarded to the various winners in the categories of sport, competition, attendance, work, citizenship and out of school hours learning. The overall house champion for 2010/11 was Gandhi.
