Cyclists Darren Tapper and Ben Higham are back home in Pewsey Vale after cycling almost 1,000 miles to raise funds for Children with Leukaemia.

Mr Tapper of Stratton Road, Pewsey, and Mr Higham of Burbage Road, Easton Royal, hope to have raised about £3,000 for the charity with the ride from John O’ Groats to Paris.

On Saturday from 7pm they will be at the Royal Oak in Pewsey to collect donations, either already promised on new ones.

They gave special thanks to Bill Nimmo-Scott of Easton Royal who cooked and towed their caravan.
