TRIBUTES have been paid to a mother-of-three who has died after a long battle against kidney disease.
Carol Dickson's death is the second tragedy to hit the family, who all suffer from kidney problems.
Her sister Sandy died at the age of 43 and her mother, Gwen Hambidge, has had a kidney transplant.
The funeral of the 52-year-old, who lived in Broad Town near Wootton Bassett, took place on Thursday, July 8, at Christ-church in Broad Town.
Carol leaves behind a husband, George, and three daughters Nicky, 30, Karen, 28, and 18-year-old Kelly.
Carol had been at Churchill Hospital in Oxford since the beginning of May after becoming ill. She died there on June 26.
Carol's husband George said: She was perfect. She was my soulmate and I will miss her terribly.
Carol had dialysis treatment at home but her family has asked that donations be sent to the new Swindon Kidney Dialysis Unit.
