Just over three years ago I moved to Wootton Bassett to be near my youngest daughter following the death of my husband.
I have settled in very well and I am happy here and find the people very friendly and helpful.
However, the bus service into Swindon has declined considerably from this end of town and anybody without transport would find it difficult to get into Swindon for work, hospital appointments, interviews or your connecting trains or busses to go further afield.
