I notice that Blue Circle has applied for planning permission for a new tyre storage and handling facility.
Am I being cynical in thinking that the application for tyre burning is a foregone conclusion and that the meetings held by the Environment Agency for the people of Westbury and surrounds to voice their opinions on this subject have been just for effect?
