Chiseldon Ladies are into the final of the Wiltshire county women's Cup after beating local rivals Swindon Spitfires 2-0.
In a highly competitive game a goal in each half by Karlie Palmer, Chiseldon's energetic midfielder, was enough to ease the Chiseldon team through to the final which will be against current league leaders Chippenham Town B.
It was a fine team display by Chiseldon who stuck to the task with dogged determination with keeper Julie Miles ensuring they kept a clean sheet, making a fine finger tip save when a Spitfires forward beat the Chiseldon off side trap.
