MAY I on behalf of myself and friends say thank you so much to the organisers of the Spirit of Christmas evening in Marlborough on December 6.
Also, a thank you to the shops who opened and the many stallholders.
It embraced everything we associate with Christmas carols, bells, Santa, lights and decorations, and lots of families. A thoroughly enjoyable evening. Not a fairground ride or stall in sight.
