FERNDALE: Fraser Hutton, 43, of Osborne Street, pleaded not guilty to causing grievous bodily harm with intent, criminal damage and assault on police when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
The case was adjourned for a three-day trial, on a date to be fixed, and Hutton was remanded on unconditional bail.
