SWINDON: All those European coins buried in drawers and down the back of the sofa will become worthless on January 1 with the launch of the euro.
Take them along to Age Concern Swindon who can cash them in and use the proceeds to help older people survive winter.
Currency may be taken to the branch in Fleet Street, or Alliance and Leicester Bank, Halifax Bank or Travelcare shop
