Former Swindon Town manager Bert Head has died.
Head led Swindon to their first Football League promotion when they finished second in Division 3 in the 1962-63 season.
He was manager at the County Ground from 1956-65 before moving to Crystal Palace.
His famous Bert's Babes included Town legends Don Rogers, John Trollope, Ernie Hunt and Mike Summerbee.
Head, 86, is believed to have died from a heart attack at his daughter's home in Reading.
