Having read your letters page recently, I have been well and truly forewarned not to visit Soda (formerly Vadims) for an evening out with friends.
Why risk the potential embarrassment of being turned away for not being good enough?
The club's new management should consider themselves fortunate indeed if they can afford to turn away prospective trade in such large numbers.
The phrase 'shooting oneself in the foot' instantly springs to mind in this instance.
Surely Soda is courting disaster with its ludicrous, discriminatory policies?
When the honeymoon period for this new nightclub is over, let us hope it keeps enough of those preferred, trendy bums-on-seats to survive.
