OLD TOWN: Two men are to face trial at Swindon Crown Court to each contest a charge of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Bradley Lodge, 23, of North Street, Old Town, Swindon, pleaded not guilty to the alleged offence against Richard Solari on March 2, as did Timothy Hampson, 22, of Station Road, Swindon.
Neither of the men, who are both remanded in custody, applied for bail. The judge adjourned the case to be listed for trial on the first available date after June 5.
