Swindon-based Withy King Commercial, the Commercial division of South West legal practice Withy King, has been appointed by Care Village Group, one of the UK's major retirement village development companies, to undertake the procurement for the second phase of its £8.5 million Crystal Fountain Village development in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire.
