EASTVILLE BOYS and AFC Mannigton will meet at Swindon Town's County Ground in the under 16 cup final.

The two clubs booked their places in the end of season showpiece with wins over Brunel and Highworth respectively.

UNDER 11

In-form Fairford were stopped in their tracks in the Blue Division.

The free-scoring Gloucestershire side were held to a 1-1 draw at Liden Community. In the White Division, Wootton Bassett tinkered with their formation and reaped the rewards with a 7-0 success at Blunsdon Colts.

Goals from James Tasker and Joel Swann put the visitors 2-0 up at half-time. Substitute Martyn Plaistow hit a second-half hat-trick, while Tasker and Sam Jackson completed the rout. Lydiard Boys remain in contention courtesy of a 4-0 win over Shrivenham, and Purton won 4-2 at Stratton Youth.

UNDER 12

Eastville Boys remain on course for a memorable double after qualifying for the cup final.

The Division Two champions elect just edged past Old Town United 3-2 in a tense last-four clash. Daniel Franklin scored twice for Eastville, with Fraser Joyce also on target.

Eastville will face Fairford in the final, following their 3-1 win over Highworth.

Back in the league, Croft registered a fine 3-2 away win at Stratton Juniors in Division One.

UNDER 13

Stratton Juniors cruised into the cup final with a stunning 6-1 win over Wroughton.

Matt Gilder (2), Danny Wilson and Dave Glover were among the scorers.

UNDER 14

The line up for the under 14 cup final remains a mystery after the two semi-finals both ended level.

Ramsbury and Robins drew 1-1, while Stratton Juniors and Wroughton tied by the same scoreline to force a couple of replays.

In the league, title-chasing Shaw were held to a 2-2 draw by Liden Community and on-song Brunel Boys triumphed 3-1 at North Swindon Panthers.

UNDER 16

Eastville Boys' dreams of the double are on the verge of coming true after the league leaders secured a place in the cup final.

Eastville ran out 1-0 winners against Brunel to book their place at the County Ground.

With the game all square at the break, Eastville piled on the pressure in the second half and Jamie McGahey eventually picked the ball up on the half-way line, cantered forward and unleashed a 35-yard drive which flew into the net. Eastville will meet AFC Mannington in the showpiece following their comfortable 3-0 win over Highworth.

In the league, Liden Pumas were 6-3 winners over Eldene Colts in a thriller. Graham Munday hit four for Liden, with Graham Stovell and Jonny White completing the scoring for the triumphant hosts.
