YOUTH and community groups in Melksham came together for a celebration evening to mark successful projects in the town.
The Heart and Soul event was held in the town Assembly Hall on Thursday.
Kandu Arts organised the event to mark the success of youth-based projects including the youth caf and skate park.
Kandu were given a grant last year from the Community Innovators Millennium Awards to work in Wiltshire communities and build links between businesses, schools and the council.
Workers from Kandu Arts have been helping out at George Ward School during the year helping to improve students' communication and citizenship skills.
Ed Deedigan, Kandu Arts project leader, said: "This project has re-inspired me.
"To find there are so many willing and able people living in our communities, is very encouraging."
