POLICE seized £800 worth of cannabis when they raided a house in Warminster.
Officers from Trowbridge and Warminster forced their way into a house in Boreham Fields on Friday afternoon.
A 26-year-old man was arrested and taken to Melksham police station.
He has been released on police bail.
PC Mark Rawstron was a member of the eight-man team which swooped on the address.
He said: "We were very pleased with the result."
Warminster police are appealing to the public to come forward with any drug-related information they may have.
"Any information from the public helps," said PC Rawstron. "We act on anything we are given."
