Swindon hairdressers have clinched a hat trick in a prestigious competition.
Steven Goldsworthy and Julian Clarke, co-partners at Goldsworthy's Hairdressing in Catherine Street, will go head to head in the Guild of Hairdressers Photo Stylist of The Year Awards because they have both won a place in the final.
They will be joined by their salon colleagues who have secured a place in the team award category for the same national contest. Mr Clarke, 29, said: "We couldn't believe it when we heard we made three places in the final.
"The competition is pretty tough, so we are all pleased.
"It will be strange competing against someone who I work with every day."
Acclaimed hairdresser Joshua Galvin, who visited Swindon last Friday, was one of the judges who decided the finalists.
The winners will be announced on September 7.
