As a current employee of Cellular Operations Ltd, I feel compelled to write to you regarding letters printed from Messrs Corbett & Stuart regarding the poor customer care they received from the company.
Of great concern is how our workforce will be viewed by the local business community if such attacks on the company continue to be printed. I would like to redress the balance.
In my time with the company, the energy, flexibility and enthusiasm shown by the business and its employees has led to the introduction of some of the most innovative customer solutions within the mobile industry.
It is also to the credit of our obviously unsettled employees that to this day we are still offering first class customer service and will continue to do so until closure of the business.
