HANOVER Housing, which established a 24-hour, seven-days-a-week emergency alarm monitoring centre five years ago in Chippenham, is looking to recruit new staff.
Hanover On-Call, which is situated on the Bumper's Farm Estate, provides support and reassurance to more than 15,000 people through its quick response alarm system.
Callers who are in danger, have injured themselves, or need help, are patched through to the team of customer services co-ordinators, who are trained to assist them.
