THOMAS Cook in Salisbury has relaunched its world travel lounge, offering customers holidays tailor-made for them.
Emma Sanger, who is in charge of the specialist service at the Queen Street travel agent, says there are no queues or waiting because the one-to-one consultations are by appointment.
"People can ring up and make an appointment with me and come in and talk about their holiday requirements," she said.
"We specialise in long-haul, cruising anything a bit out of the ordinary. The lounge provides a calmer setting, particularly for those planning a wedding or honeymoon where there is a lot to discuss.
"We're starting to get busy now because the cruise and long-haul brochures are coming out."

The branch has appointed Becky Main as manager and has a 14-strong team of full- and part-time travel consultants.
