TELECOMMUNICATIONS company 4Com, of Churchfields Industrial Estate in Salisbury, has raised more than £1,000 for a Salisbury charity after taking part in the British 10K run in London last month.
Six 4Com staff joined the 15,000 runners at the event and raised £1,400 for The Salisbury Hospice Care Trust.
Sales and marketing manager Steve Mills and Lee Harkins, also of 4Com, handed over the cheque to hospice administrator Sorel Dale.
John Lakeman, fundraising co-ordinator of Salisbury Hospice Care Trust, said: "We are very grateful to 4Com and its staff for their support and to Steve and the team of runners who gave their time training for and running in the event.
"We look forward to developing our relationship with this successful local business and are pleased that Steve and Lee from 4Com were able see the excellent progress of our building work while presenting the cheque at the hospice."
