UNITED Milk, the largest processing plant in the UK, has gone into administrative receivership. The plant in Westbury, employs about 125 people and has a yearly turnover of over £100 million.
Roger Marsh, joint administrative receiver, said: "We shall be holding urgent talks with suppliers over the course of the next few days and believe that with their support we have the best chance to try and secure a future for the plant."
