Leicester could field some of their England World Cup heroes in Saturday's Zurich Premiership clash against Bath.

The Tigers supplied seven forwards to Clive Woodward's triumphant World Cup squad, and while England regulars Martin Johnson, Ben Kay and Neil Back are unlikely to feature this weekend, some of the Tigers contingent should be quite fresh.

Dorian West, Lewis Moody, Julian White and Martin Corry were used more sparingly, so they are expected to feature against the leaders.

"There'll obviously be some mixed emotions, with a lot of guys coming back and it will depend on who might want a rest, so we shall see how they feel," said Leicester boss Dean Richards.

"The Bath game will have come too early for some of them, but rest assured, we will be putting our strongest possible side out against Stade Francais the following week."

Bath coach John Connolly is considering giving his World Cup trio of Mike Catt, Iain Balshaw and Mike Tindall the weekend off.
