The needs and aspirations of their clients are at the core of their operation and every step is taken to give a quality service. They welcome input from clients and their relatives who are encouraged at any time to discuss any concerns or anxieties they may have.
The same standards are applied at their own residential home, the Old Appleyard, where short or long term respite can be arranged.

They also provide an escort service both at home or on holiday. Destinations as far away as the West Indies have been covered by their agency.
