PEOPLE are being reminded that some apartments being redeveloped at the former Roundway Hospital site in Devizes will be affordable.
Under a special agreement between Kennet District Council and David Wilson Homes, 12 one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom flats are being offered in the first instance to people on Kennet's housing register.
David Wilson Homes will pay the stamp duty and the five per cent deposit.
A one-bedroom apartment costs £85,000 and a two-bedroom apartment costs £113,000.
People who are in the flats have until February 15 to register an interest.
David Wilson Homes has an independent financial advisor who may be able to offer advice about getting a mortgage.
