RECENTLY I had occasion to attend the Royal United Hospital for tests. As I used the excellent Bath Hopper service I was half an hour early for my appointment, so of course I expected to have to wait.
But no, within ten minutes of arrival on the ward I was called in, given half an hour's tests then on my way home. Well done RUH, no complaints there.
