YOUNGSTERS are voting with their feet and getting their skates on for fun-filled disco nights at Swindon's Link Centre.
The weekly disco-on-ice event, which started last November, has been a huge hit and regularly attracts 600 youngsters a night.
Coun Justin Tomlinson, the borough council's lead member for Culture and Recreation, said he was keen to listen to ideas from young people.
"This is great news for kids in Swindon, not only do they now have a safe place to go on a Friday night but they are getting themselves fit and healthy," he said.
"We have listened to the kids of Swindon and this is one of the many new facilities we are launching."
