WORK on building a road from Mouldon Hill Country Park to the Northern Orbital Road is due to start on Monday.
The project is expected to take about six weeks to complete and Swindon Council will be supervising the construction
The scheme will provide a 5.5m wide access road, from junction 10 of the Orbital Road to a point approximately 250m into the park.
The council says it will make every effort to maintain public access to the park during the work.
All construction traffic will reach the site from Thamesdown Drive.
The project will cost £110,000 and will be carried out by Ford Bros.
