THE Royal Air Force's aerobatic team will celebrate its 40th anniversary at the Kemble Air Day 2004 in June.
The Red Arrows spent many years at the Gloucestershire base before moving to their present home in Lincolnshire.
This year the show is aiming to bring the very best examples of vintage jets and warbirds together at one airfield to display alongside more modern RAF types and the Red Arrows themselves. Kemble will be just one of six shows in the UK officially celebrating the anniversary.
Already a number of aircraft are lined up for the show on Sunday, June 20.
Tickets for adults are £15 in advance or £20 on the day. Children aged 15 and younger are admitted free.
Gates open at 9am, with a flying display beginning at 1.30pm.
