I REALLY do disagree with the comments made in the letter by I J Howard in the letters dated February 27.
Frank Avenell has worked very hard for pensioners toward the reduction of the council tax and is not playing the pensioner card, whatever that is!
We have only our meagre pensions and no added income from a regular job, plus a government who is steadily bleeding us for its own ends.
