YOUTH FOOTBALL: TROWBRIDGE Wanderers have won the under 12s Blue Division title in the Wiltshire Times and Chippenham News Mid-Wilts Youth and Minor League with four games still to play.

They took the lead through Declan Harrison in their away game against Castle Combe Colts, who hit back to level before half-time with a goal from Matthew Harding.

Midway through the second half Ryan Spong regained the lead for Wanderers and with a late second goal for Harrison the points and this season's title was secured.

Kieren Chivers gave home side Devizes Town Youth a half time 1-0 lead in their game against FC Chippenham.

Giles levelled before Flynn made it 2-1 for Chippenham's ninth win of the season.

AFC Corsham struggled to get into their home game against Trowbridge Town Youth which saw Trowbridge finish 11-0 winners.

Under 12s Red Division

BRADFORD on Avon and Westbury Youth are so well matched the result was decided by a single goal.

Home side Bradford made the better start and made the most of their early possession to create chances.

Westbury started to get into the game creating chances of their own.

Then on 15 minutes a high ball into the Westbury goal area bounced higher than expected in the mud and deceived keeper Adam Fisher who had nearly recovered the ball when a scramble saw the ball bounce over the goal line.

The remainder of the half saw chances at both ends.

In the second half Westbury broke on the right and after some good interplay between Sam Reeves, Charlie Luckham and Jon Tribick, they forced the ball back into the goal area and Reeves hit it on the turn and slotted it into the far corner with only five minutes remaining.

Bradford then managed to exert some pressure themselves and with the clock showing only one minute to go they won a corner on the right. The ball came in low to the near post and some confusion in the Westbury defence saw it tapped over the line right at the post by McKie.

Jordan Smith scored for Warminster United Youth at Calne Town Youth which saw Calne run out 5-1 winners.

Trowbridge Wanderers remain in second place, three points behind leaders Calne with a game in hand, following their narrow 1-0 home win against Melksham Park. Aaron Fyler scored the goal.

Under 15s Blue Division

IN a mid-table clash Amesbury Juniors took a three goal lead in their away game against Warminster Hornets.

The Hornets never gave up and were back in the game before the break with a goal from Billy Daniels. Amesbury increased their lead before the Hornets' Alistair Young made the final score 4-2.

Trowbridge maintained their unbeaten record with a convincing win at Chippenham Town Youth.

Chippenham made the better start, with Luke Mayne making an excellent save to keep Chippenham at bay. Nick Medin gave Trowbridge the lead, scoring direct from a corner for the second week running.

The game continued end to end before Lee Sines scored from 20 yards to give Trowbridge a 2-0 lead at half-time. The second half was a different story, with Trowbridge dominating as Josh Hall hammered home the third before Dan Kovaks converted Sam Kirkpatrick's pinpoint pass to make it 4-0.

Nick Medin got his second as did Lee Sines before Dan Barnett unleashed an unstoppable 25 yarder and substitute Jason Povey completed the scoring.

Under 16s Blue Division

A VERY close first half saw Chippenham Town Rangers take a

1-0 lead at the break in their away game against Amesbury Juniors.

Rangers dominated most of the play in the second half taking the game at 5-2 at the final whistle. Lewis Crame and Sam Dobson scored for Amesbury.

Bemerton Heath moved up to second following their home win against Trowbridge Wanderers. Joe Sanger scored for Bemerton with keeper David Ivermee named as man-of the-match.

Under 16s Red Division

PEWSEY Vale held third place Devizes Town to a 0-0 score line at the interval but the second half was a different story.

Devizes broke the deadlock then went on to win 5-0, with goals from Danny Lyons (2), Joe Unsworth, Ray King and Adam Grist.

Under 14s Blue Division

AN UNDER strength Warminster Highbury ran out with just 10 men away to Bath Arsenal in their last game of the season.

Bath proved far too strong for Highbury running out 14-1 winners. Mark Wall (5), Aaron Priestly (3), Nicholas Bishop (2), Max Gimson, Ashley Barnes and Charlie Robinson (2) all scored for Bath.

Under 14s Green Division

IT was honours even for Devizes Blues and Shaw and Whitley 2nds.

Marcus Rossi gave the Blues the lead within five minutes of the kick off. Shaw levelled before James Muir regained the lead for the home side.

Before the break Shaw brought the game level for the second time and the game ended at 2-2.

Under 14s Red Division

BRADFORD on Avon remain top with three games in hand over their nearest rivals following their home game against Amesbury Juniors.

Bradford were stronger in the first half and were 3-0 up at the break. Amesbury came back with a fighting performance in the second half but saw Bradford increase their lead within the first minute.

The game continued with Amesbury scoring and Bradford swiftly replying resulting in a final score of 7-4 to Bradford. The goals came from Sam Jordan (3), Lewis Meelam, Dudley Philpot, Stuart Jones and an own goal.

Under 13s Blue Division

ROBERT Comba gave Trowbridge Wanderers the lead in the second half of their home derby against Trowbridge Town Youth.

Youth brought the game level and both sides looked for the winner but neither could find the target leaving the final score at 1-1.

Under 13s Green Division

FC CHIPPENHAM and visitors Westbury Youth gave an entertaining performance with both sides determined to win the points.

Chippenham played some excellent football which belies their position in the league.

The first half was very even with Westbury just edging the play with a goal from Toby Hitt after a goal mouth scramble.

The second half was much the same until Lee Newman and Josh Bingham scored for Westbury to secure the points. Sam Pictor and Simon Carter were both outstanding for Westbury.

Home side Bromham held leaders Warminster Highbury to a 0-0 score line at the break but within three minutes of the restart Highbury were ahead with a goal from Chris Haggerty.

Bromham replied within minutes through Wayne House and the game continued to be very close. Josh Lewis regained the lead for the visitors with a superbly taken free kick from 20 yards. Quality passing football continued with Bromham pushing forward but two quick breaks and two goals from Sam Dufosee sealed the win for Highbury at 4-1.

Durrington Rangers gave a great team performance, running out with just 10 men against South Newton and Wishford and were rewarded with a 3-3 draw. Tom Booth scored all three goals for Durrington.

Under 11s Blue Division

MELKSHAM Park continue to dominate this division following their 2-1 home win against Calne Town Youth.

Under 11s Green Division

DEVIZES Town Youth came from behind to win their home game against Trowbridge Town Youth Blue.

Trowbridge made the brighter start and took the lead after 10 minutes through Jordan De Silva. A good through ball and a clinical finish from Tayler Worthy put Devizes back in the game and with three minutes of the first half remaining Devizes took the lead with a goal from Shea D'arcy.

The second half saw a better performance from Devizes and a stunning long range effort from Glynn Rowles was the pick of the game. Daniel Case was man of the match for Devizes.

Under 11s Red Division

BRADFORD on Avon made it five wins out of five in their home game against FC Chippenham.

The teams were well matched but Bradford gradually took control by scoring just before half-time with a goal from Alex Palmer. Another goal in the second half by Alfie Wells resulted in another win for Bradford.

Under 10s Red Division

IN a very closely fought game, Trowbridge Town Youth ran out 5-4 winners at home to Westbury Youth.

Trowbridge's goals came from David Harding (3) and Andrew Rendall (2).

Under 10s Green Division

TROWBRIDGE Town Youth move to the top of the table after playing two games over the weekend.

Saturday saw Trowbridge run out 5-0 winners at home to Bath Arsenal with Mike Reynolds, Jack Miluk (3) and John Carroll scoring for Trowbridge.

Trowbridge Town were away to Westbury Youth on Sunday and ran out 5-1 winners with goals from Josh Callumn (2), Charles Creech and John Weaver (2).

Under Nines Blue Division

MELKSHAM Park played Devizes Town Youth in a very closely fought match. Devizes took the lead before going on to take the game at 2-0.

Under Nines Green Division

TROWBRIDGE opened the scoring in their away game against AFC Corsham with a goal from Charlie Clark before Corsham quickly replied to level the score.

Trowbridge regained their lead with a well-taken goal from Daniel Plank. The second half was fast and furious and then a goalmouth scramble led to a Corsham equaliser.

In the last minute Trowbridge's top goal scorer Nathan King slotted the ball in, leaving the final score at 3-2.
