SWINDON-BASED First Great Western can boast one of the best bosses in Britain.
Keith Owen is a former train services manager in Exeter and now oversees 150 customer hosts and train managers in Worcester and London Paddington.
He is now through to the final five of this year's Working Families and Lloyds TSB Best Boss in Britain, and will learn the result later this month.
