Just how much bigger can West Wiltshire Housing Society HQ get? In the days before transfer they found a home in a small area of Bradley Road Council Offices.
On transfer they moved to a area next door to West Wiltshire District Council.
They then moved, at no fault of their own, to much larger offices at Bryer Ash Trowbridge.
We are now being told that these aren't big enough.
I am told they had already identified a site in Bradford Road, Trowbridge, but the planning application has now been refused .
They have around the same number of homes to manage.
I will admit that they have taken on some other roles in other areas.
But does this warrant the expense of new offices? Do they not look far enough ahead to see their needs?
They have a first class workforce however do they really need all the managers.
