A BUSINESS organisation is seeking local partners and suppliers to deliver a new executive coaching service.
Business Link Berkshire and Wiltshire wants to make contact with partners able to deliver a professional coaching service, develop personal development plans for clients and carry out management diagnostics.
The coaching service aims to improve business performance by enhancing senior executives' effectiveness.
Subsidies of up to £1,000 are available to clients, and Business Link is creating a database of suppliers who can offer a broad spectrum of learning solutions.
Business partners chosen to deliver this service will be rewarded financially for each diagnostic and personal development plan they complete.
Janet Robbins, business development manager, said: "Our network of business partners and suppliers is crucial to how Business Link can support small and medium sized companies.
"Ultimately we are committed to meeting the individual needs of a particular company or representative by providing the most appropriate and cost-effective solution."
