I felt I had to write after reading that appalling article written by Gareth Bethell about my favourite restaurant, Inglesham Forge.
It was clear Mr Bethell did not sample the full menu or the excellent stock of wines and to describe the warm and welcoming soft furnishings of the lounge as a "doctor's surgery" was, in my view, nothing short of insulting.
In the ten years of eating at this wonderful restaurant where I have taken many of my friends who I have wanted to impress, I have yet to be disappointed with the food, wine, service and atmosphere.
