STRIKER James Constable says he and his teammates felt as if they had let everyone down after throwing away Saturday's cup tie .
He said: "This defeat is hard to take as we all felt that we let the club down and could have gone further in the FA Cup.
"It takes me a long time to get the game out of my system. I try to keep myself busy but it rarely works.
"By Tuesday I have thought about the game and usually feel a lot better after we have all spoken about the game on Tuesday and I have ran around on the training pitch."
He added: "The next game is vital for us. Even if we just scrape out a 1-0 win we have to get the three points."
