Our TV went off at 4pm on Friday, Sept 24 and came on at 11pm but only with BBC1 and 2, HTV and channels 4 and 5.
I tried to phone NTL and finally got through on the Wednesday after being on hold for 35 minutes. I was passed to a woman who put me on hold and then the phone went dead. I have written first class, but still no reply.
It's now over two weeks that we have had only the five channels.
