MAGISTRATES imposed a six-month drug treatment and testing order on Christopher Hollands after hearing that he had failed a previous order because he kept testing positive.
Hollands, 23, of Frobisher Drive, Walcot, was also re-sentenced for offences of shoplifting, handling £175-worth of stolen toiletries, possessing heroin and possession of cannabis.
The bench made a 12-month community rehabilitation order and instructed the defendant to go on a Think First course.
