A 27-year-old Atworth man accused of breaking into a house in Westbury is to face trial by jury.
Aaron Gibbings is accused of burgling the property on Beech Grove on June 10.
Gibbings, of Mountpleasant, Atworth, near Melksham, pleaded not guilty when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court. He was released on unconditional bail.
