AN ESTATE agent's search to find new owners for a 400-year-old village pub near Westbury could soon be over.
Christie and Co's Bristol office put The Lamb in Edington on the market last month, offering its remaining eight-year lease for £92,500.
Spokesman Matthew Smith said the advert had met with a good response and the pub could soon be in new hands.
He said: "We have had an offer and we are currently negotiating with that party at the moment, but it's still on the market."
