16051/3A VISITING army cadet band entertained shoppers in Trowbridge and caught the attention of musical youngsters.
The cadets in Wiltshire have no musical element but want to form a combined air, sea and army cadet band based in Trowbridge the first of its kind in the country.
The army cadet band from Gloucester visited the TS Achilles HQ on Frome Road to give a workshop, followed by displays in The Shires and town centre.
Young people aged 10-18 are eligible to join the band, which will start as a drum corps.
