Ridgeway will meet Liden Pumas in the final of the George Thomas Cup.
Ridgeway did not have it all their own way with South Marston 2-1 in front early in the second half.
Ridgeway made tactical changes, one of which moved captain and sweeper Chris Smith into midfield.
It proved to be a matchwinner as he scored all three goals to take his side through 3-1.
Liden Pumas beat Spectrum 4-1, Chris William scoring the consolation goal for Spectrum 10 minutes from the end.
