A NEW Swindon business park has been hailed a success.
The Equity Trade Centre (ETC) in Hobley Drive, Stratton St Margaret, is nearly full just a year since construction work began on the site.
Just three out of the 20 units on the site is vacant with the latest tenant to have snapped up a unit being Tie Rack LTD.
The ETC is next to the successful Trade Centre business park.
