HOW can they say that waiting lists at Great Western Hospital are getting shorter?
I have been on the waiting list at GWH for two years in June for a digital hearing aid.
When I phoned about this on Friday, April 15, 2005 I was told I was on the non urgent list and nothing was being done from this list.
I think this is disgusting.
My present analogue hearing aid is more than 30 years old. In fact, it is now obsolete. I think I am due for a new aid.
What can be done about this situation?
